The booking process with us is very simple, we are always contactable by phone or email.

The first step is to register you interest with us. Fill in the booking form request with all of your details, we will then contact you direct to confirm your interest and talk to you about the trip and what you can expect.

Once you have decided the trip is right for you, an information pack will be sent to you by post, detailing everything from insurance and inoculations through to what you need to bring with you.

You will also be sent an invoice for the deposit for your trip. Seventy days before the trip is due to depart, you will be sent an invoice for the remainder of the balance along with a trip t-shirt!
