Out of print books
Authors of out of print books can choose to bring their work back to life. You must be able to supply two copies of your work. They must be in good condition. One copy will be destroyed and the other used as a reference guide. The reference copy will be returned to you after the printing has been completed.

The return to print service is only available for postal submissions.

We are able to reprint your book by scanning and creating an image or graphic file of each page. We are then able to print the book from these scanned images.

We are able to make limited changes to a book. We can delete or replace whole pages or sections. But you should consider whether this would affect the page numbering. We cannot guarantee that the new sections will look exactly like the original book. We will try to match the original font and layout but this cannot be guaranteed. (There are extra fees for this service please contact us for details).

Covers
Fast-Print covers are printed on a four-colour digital press.

You may wish to reproduce the existing cover , or have a redesigned cover commissioned for your work and both are possible. Fast-Print also offer a complete range of pre-designed colourful covers and more are being add all the time.

Bespoke Covers
If you require a bespoke cover for your book our designers are here to help. We welcome your suggestions as to colours, images or design elements you would like. There are extra fees associated with this service dependent on the level of work required please contact us for further details.

If you have a photograph/graphic in an acceptable format for which you have the rights and permission to use, please submit it and our designers will work with it.

If you have a graphic or a design you like and would like to emulate, please submit it and our designers will study it.

If you have no ideas about what your cover should look like, still no problem! We can assess the content of your book and design a cover that will complement your text and subject matter.

Book Size
The minimum number of pages is 50 the maximum is 700 pages.
Book Submitted must be: Width between 110mm and 210mm. Length between 175mm and 297mm

Photographs / graphics
All photographs and graphics will be reproduce in black and white, even if they appear as colour illustrations in the original book. Quality of the graphics cannot be guaranteed. There will be additional charges for books containing more than 25 graphics.

Copyright
When you decide to put your book back into print, you are stating that you legally have the rights to republish your book. You are also asserting that you have the rights to the text, page design and you agree to Fast-Print terms and conditions of business.
We strongly advise you obtain a signed revision of rights letter from the previous publisher, for your own protection.

Payment
As all books are different. And this is a bespoke service; all books must be assessed before a final fee can be calculated. If after you decide not to proceed with the printing of your book, your original books will be returned to you if accompanied with prepaid postage.
