A step-through process was created to simplify a potentially complicated procedure.
A detailed FAQ was provided to remove the need for the company to deal with clients by telephone. Downloadable PDF versions of the FAQ, templates and instructions were also made available.
A custom online book price calculator was created in JavaScript to allow users to view the total cost of their published book.
